WHERE IS MY ORDER?

All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation via Royal Mail's recorded delivery service. The estimated delivery time for addresses within the UK is 1-3 working days. You can track the status of your order on the My account section. 

ARE ALL ITEMS AUTHENTIC?

Absolutely! Everything we sell is guaranteed to be authentic. All products are sourced from reputable, professional suppliers from the UK and mainland Europe, and is then double checked upon delivery by us.   

I'VE CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT MY ORDER, CAN I RETURN IT?

Yes! We do offer returns, and we are happy to help you with the return process. You are welcome to choose from a refund or an exchange. For more information, head over to our returns

MY ITEM DOESN'T FIT, WHAT CAN I DO?

If an item isn’t quite right, you can exchange an item for a different size depending upon size availability. In the case that the product has sold out, we will do our best to source a better fitting product, but can't guarantee success. In this situation, we would resort to the normal return process.

 CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Changed your mind about a product since you've bought it? If you can contact us as soon as possible, we will happily cancel your order and refund you. We have a cancellation fee of 5% for all orders, due to costs incurred via payment processors.

HOW ARE THE PRICES SO LOW?

We are fortunate enough to be in contact with some very well connected people who can get their hands on the items we stock. Please don't ask for their details, as no magician reveals their secret!

HOW CAN I PAY?

Currently, we accept all payments through Amazon Pay, Klarna, Clear Pay, all major debit and credit cards, PayPal and also bank transfer for those who have shopped with us before. If you are not from the UK, we also accept TransferWise.
